WARRANTY

HOVEN products are made with the best materials available – in accordance with the highest standards in quality second to none. All shades made under the HOVEN mark are guaranteed against fault in materials and workmanship.

If your shades are damaged as a result of a defect (our bad), we will gladly replace them at no extra charge. If the damage is not because of a defect (your bad), HOVEN will offer a replacement of the same or similar style at a reasonable charge. NOTE: HOVEN does NOT warranty or replace scratched lenses.

In order to make a warranty claim please send us your goods and include: proof of purchase, your name, address (do not use a PO BOX), phone number and email. Send us your shades via FedEx, UPS or registered mail to guarantee delivery. If you do not send it with a proof of delivery service, we will not be liable for your product. The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage in shipping. Your original shades will NOT be returned to you and your warranty claim may take up to 10 - 20 days to be completely processed.
