Q. What is your warranty?
HOVEN products are made with the best materials available – in accordance with the highest standards in quality second to none. All shades made under the HOVEN mark are guaranteed against fault in materials and workmanship. If your shades are damaged as a result of a defect (our bad), we will gladly replace them at no extra charge. If the damage is not because of a defect (your bad), HOVEN will offer a replacement of the same or similar style at a reasonable charge. NOTE: HOVEN does NOT warranty or replace scratched lenses. In order to make a warranty claim please send us your goods and include: proof of purchase, your name, address (do not use a PO BOX), phone number and email. Send us your shades via FedEx, UPS or registered mail to guarantee delivery. The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage in shipping. Our AUTHORIZED DEALERS (Retailers) will direct you to our Customer Service Department.

Q. Does HOVEN warranty or replace scratched lenses? 
No, we will offer a replacement of the same or similar style at a reasonable charge – plus shipping.


Q. Are your lenses in compliance with the ANSI Z87.1 standards? 
Yes, all of our polycarbonate lenses are impact resistant and pass the ANSIZ87.1 standard.


Q. Does HOVEN sell t-shirts or hats?

Q. Do you offer prescription lenses? 
No, we currently don’t offer an RX-able program. We suggest taking your frames to your local optician. They may be reluctant… but ALMOST all of our frames have had prescription lenses fitted.
